DL E&C’s ‘ACRO’ is standing out across key indicators and leading the high-end residential market. It is being evaluated as proving its competitiveness in core elements such as brand preference, subscription competition rates, and quality control, and redefining the standard of high-end housing.

In the “High-End Apartment Brand Preference Survey" recently released by the real estate platform ‘Dabang’ (targeting 16,048 men and women aged 10 to 50 nationwide), Acro was selected by 46.1% of the votes, marking its sixth consecutive year at the top. Showing a gap of over 18 percentage points from the second-place brand, it has proven its unrivaled brand power within the high-end market.
Acro has supplied “Acro Riverpark” and “Acro Seoul Forest” and established itself as Korea’s representative high-end residential brand. The significant gap shown with the second-place brand in this preference survey is analyzed as an indicator proving the Acro brand’s dominance in the luxury housing market.

Acro’s brand competitiveness is also confirmed by actual presales results. ‘Acro de Seocho,’ which was offered for presale by DL E&C on the 1st, recorded an average competition ratio of 1,099 to 1 in the first-priority subscription, setting a new record for the highest competition ratio for a private housing presale in Seoul.
Following an average competition ratio of 751 to 1 in the special supply, it also clinched the title of the highest-ever performance in Seoul’s history for the first-priority subscription. The area for exclusive use of 59m2 A type recorded the highest competition ratio at 1,135 to 1.
Analysis suggests that Acro de Seocho was able to achieve the highest subscription rate in history as a result of the combination of ‘consumer trust in the Acro brand’ and ‘product competitiveness’.
